Participants gain hands‑on experience across the full deal lifecycle—strategy, diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration—while working directly with Corporate Development leaders who help shape the company's long‑term direction.

The program is designed to build the core capabilities required for long‑term success not only in Corporate Development, but across Baker Hughes' broader finance and strategy functions.

- A deep understanding of how a global industrial technology company evaluates and executes strategic investments, acquisitions and divestitures
- Exposure to senior executives and decision‑makers
- A strong foundation of financial, analytical, and strategic skills that translate across Corporate Development and the broader finance organization
- Accelerated development in financial analysis, strategic thinking, and cross‑functional leadership
- A recent graduate of the Baker Hughes ASPIRE program or equivalent internal or external early‑career candidate
- Curious, analytical, and comfortable working in fast‑moving, high‑stakes environments
- A clear communicator who can synthesize complexity into clarity
- A collaborative teammate with and a bias for action
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields
- Analytical and financial modeling skills
- Meaningful interest in strategy, M&A, or corporate finance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and composure
