LHH is partnering with a growing, team-oriented organization to add a Financial Systems Analyst (Oracle EPM) to support and enhance enterprise financial systems. This position sits at the intersection of Finance and IT, playing a key role in improving financial reporting, planning, and overall system performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong accounting/finance foundation and hands‑on Oracle EPM experience who enjoys driving process improvements and partnering with leadership on data‑driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Support and optimize Oracle EPM applications across financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to align systems with business needs and improve financial visibility
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Narrative Reporting outputs for leadership
- Ensure data integrity and reliability across financial systems and reporting processes
- Provide functional support to end users, including troubleshooting, training, and guidance
- Assist with system enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new EPM features
- Support compliance efforts, including SOX controls and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5+ years of finance/accounting experience with exposure to financial systems
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS)
- Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and forecasting processes
- Experience building reports and working with Smart View and EPM reporting tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a systems mindset
- Experience with Narrative Reporting, EDM, REST API, or EPM Automate
- Exposure to business rules, calculations, and system configuration
- Background supporting system implementations or enhancements
- Knowledge of internal controls and SOX environments
- CPA, CMA, or Oracle EPM certifications are a plus
