  • Interpret and apply tax accounting guidance for complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging issues. Prepare and review technical memoranda supporting tax positions and reporting conclusions.
  • Lead the quarterly FIN 48 analysis, documentation, and reporting process. Evaluate and quantify uncertain tax positions, tax contingency reserves, and related interest and penalties. Prepare and maintain technical documentation supporting tax positions and audit defense strategies. Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders regarding FIN 48 conclusions and disclosures.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive tax experience, including extensive knowledge of ASC 740, U.S. GAAP income tax accounting, and SEC reporting requirements.
