- Highly visible role partnering with executive leadership on strategic finance and treasury initiatives
- Opportunity to drive cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital improvements
- Lead treasury process improvements and automation initiatives across the finance organization
- Partner with financial institutions and cross-functional teams to support key business initiatives
- Influence financial decision‑making through data‑driven analysis and executive reporting

- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and financial models
- Support treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk initiatives
- Drive working capital improvement projects across the organization
- Partner with financial institutions and internal stakeholders to support treasury activities
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations that support business decisions
- Prepare financial analyses and presentations for executive leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and automation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support ongoing governance initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7-12+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or financial risk management
- Strong background in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and financial analysis
- Experience supporting treasury operations within a large or multinational organization preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; automation experience is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems and treasury or financial management software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
