We’re retained by a rapidly growing renewable natural gas platform to hire an Associate / Senior Associate within the Corporate Finance and Strategic Finance team.

A vertically integrated renewable natural gas platform focused on landfill gas, anaerobic digestion, and biomethane production.

Following a transformational international acquisition, the business now operates a diversified portfolio of RNG assets across North America and Europe and is entering its next phase of optimization, capital deployment, and long-term value creation.

The platform combines operating infrastructure with active strategic growth, creating significant exposure across M&A, corporate finance, and long-term capital allocation.

A highly analytical finance role working directly with senior leadership across M&A, strategic investments, corporate modeling, and long-term capital allocation initiatives.

• Supporting bolt-on acquisitions and strategic investment opportunities
• Financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Analysis on acquisition and growth opportunities
• Ownership of the corporate financial model
• Quarterly DCF and valuation work
• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Scenario analysis and capital allocation decisions
• Commercial and offtake modeling
• Preparing sponsor and management materials

• 2–6 years of investment banking, corporate finance, strategic finance, or infrastructure / energy finance experience
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities
• Strong Excel and analytical skillset
• Experience supporting M&A, strategic investments, or corporate finance initiatives
• Interest in strategic finance, valuation, and long-term value creation
• Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, or broader energy transition themes
