Salary: $120,000 – $140,000

• Partner with operations leaders to deliver financial insights and performance analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Develop and track KPIs, metrics, and profitability reporting
• Analyze revenue, cost, and operational trends across the business
• Support month‑end close and collaborate with accounting on financial accuracy
• Build financial models and executive‑level presentations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
• Power BI experience required; ERP and BI tools experience preferred
