Senior R&D Tax Consultant

Leonid Group is working with one of the largest tax credit consultancies in the US, to provide experienced Consultants, specialised in tax credits.

• Interviewing technical teams and assessing tax relief eligibility, understanding from a technical perspective the intricate R&D operations of your client
• Writing comprehensive technical and financial reports to procure R&D Tax credits
• Lead and help train a team of junior R&D tax consultants to deliver work to US clients
• Assist in the management and delivery of large projects
• Take initiative to generate business for the firm

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or technical degree from an accredited college or university
• R&D Tax Credit experience (we are able to take people on at different levels of seniority, DOE).
• Strong skills in tax research and technical writing
• Knowledge of Research and Development Tax issues and working with multi-sector clients to maximize their R&D Tax benefit
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; dealing with clients at C-Suite level to line executives
• Innovative mindset and ability to ‘think outside the box’. Entrepreneurial approach to create opportunities and problem-solving ability
