Treasury Sales Officer

This role focuses on innovation and opportunities in treasury solutions, including liquidity management, payments, trade and supply chain finance, FX and commercial card services. The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) will manage and aggressively grow treasury revenue across a portfolio of Large Corporate Natural Resource Group (NRG) clients, partnering with Corporate Bankers, Trade, Liquidity, Investment, Foreign Exchange partners and others to develop customized treasury solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on growth of new and under‑penetrated client relationships and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development and delivery.
  • Maintain strong client focus, treasury industry expertise, understanding of evolving technology, innovation, Energy Transition, ESG landscape, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of bank structure and global cash management products.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence, lead and mobilize business partners, and appropriate financial acumen.
  • Maintain consistent goal achievement and challenge self.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience.
  • Broad and deep treasury/cash management industry experience, including global product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Motivated team player valuing collaboration, diverse thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communicator who values feedback, builds relationships, quick‑thinking, flexible, and excited about client work and community impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven negotiation, active listening, business development and relationship management skills with corporate clients.
  • Excellent critical/strategic thinking and problem‑resolution skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative thinking while adhering to guidelines.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Capacity to foster strong partnerships within the core team and with clients.

Compensation
