Responsibilities
  • Participate in the execution of equity and debt financings, M&A, restructuring, and recapitalization transactions
  • Operate as project / deal team lead, driving the work product and transaction processes
  • Perform financial valuations, including DCF, LBO, pro forma merger, accretion/dilution, precedent transaction, and comparable company analyses
  • Analyze detailed corporate and financial information and conduct due diligence
  • Build detailed financial operating models and valuation models
  • Prepare and participate in client presentations
  • Supervise and direct junior bankers in the preparation of pitch books and live deal materials (e.g., offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses)
  • Conduct industry and product research
  • Engage directly with senior executive management teams of clients; attend and contribute to client meetings
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously with cross‑functional teams, including Leveraged Finance, Corporate Banking, Private Wealth, and Sales & Trading partners, collaborating to develop and execute client solutions
