Job Description
A global financial firm is looking for qualified individuals to join their Loans Enablement Operations team in the Houston, TX, area. We are looking for candidates at different levels, primarily starting with VP through Director. In this role, you will oversee and enhance client operations and reporting functions within Loans Enablement Operations team. Your role will involve managing syndicated loan processes end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in trade capture, servicing, and settlement.
You’ll implement strategies to improve service delivery and collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline workflows. Expect to serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, address complex loan servicing issues, and leverage industry best practices to drive efficiency. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.

- 10+ years of experience in loan operations or financial services, with hands‑on syndicated loans processing experience
- Strong familiarity with loans servicing and relevant systems:
LoanIQ, Clear Par, and/or LSTA - Extensive organization, communication, and prioritization skills; ability to interface with external clients and internal teams cross-functionally
- Excellent attitude and drive for process improvement
- Relevant certifications: FINRA Series 99, SIE
- Soft skills are important: self‑motivated, positive attitude
