* Support cash management and banking portal administration.
* Use Excel to organize, maintain, and review financial data.
* Work with Accounting to gather information and assist with month-end processes.
* Help maintain and update treasury procedures.
* Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
* Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Senior college students preferred, preferably majoring in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics+
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen.
* Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
* Job will require presence on-site at the assigned work location.
* Job requires attendance and dependability.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Must be eligible to work in the United States for any company in an ongoing capacity without company sponsorship.
* Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
OTHER
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Good communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension)
* Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must have completed college level courses in Excel and be comfortable using it
* Must be self-driven, eager to learn, and have good initiative, taking charge of their daily tasks & responsibilities
