Banking - Corporate Banking, Analyst, Houston

CB Analyst NE is an intermediate level position responsible for driving the client dialogue on capital structure, liability management, liquidity and funding strategies, risk management, and investment solutions. Corporate Bankers also decide where to invest the firm’s capital and execute those investments, working in partnership with various Citi groups including Risk Management, Investment Banking, and the Financing Organization.

• Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis
• Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis
• Liaise with product partners
• Assist in the presentation and development of new ideas to clients
• Structure deals and transactions
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policy, and ethical judgment, and report control issues transparently.

• 0-2 years relevant experience

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Annual Salary = $110,000. Salary range is $100,000–$135,000. In addition to salary, Citi may offer discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards, medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident and disability insurance, and wellness programs. Paid time off includes vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
