Treasury Systems Implementation Consultant
We are seeking a Treasury Systems Implementation Consultant for a key role that requires strong functional knowledge of treasury processes and technical expertise in setting up integrations to banking systems. The position involves implementing the FIS Integrity Treasury Workstation and its ecosystem of banking and market-data integrations. This role is central to building out core treasury infrastructure, including banking integration, payments, reconciliation, security segregation, SSO, and TSAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the FIS Integrity Treasury Workstation, including configuration for cash, debt, investments, FX, risk, and reporting.
- Manage the design and execution of the treasury operating model.
- Establish and manage bank connectivity with partners such as BofA, Citi, HSBC, Bloomberg, and others.
- Oversee the integration of the treasury platform with enterprise systems including Costpoint, data warehouses, accounting systems, and Identity/SSO platforms.
- Define and implement security and access controls.
- Manage work streams for payment processing, debt and investment management, and FX and risk management.
- Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
- Provide go-live support and ensure production readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation. Experience with FIS Integrity Treasury Workstation is strongly preferred, though experience with platforms like Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS Quantum, or Wallstreet Suite is also considered.
- In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, including cash management, bank account management, payments, debt, investments, FX, risk management, treasury controls, and cash forecasting.
- Expertise in bank connectivity and integration, using APIs, SWIFT, SFTP, host-to-host connections, or banking file formats such as ISO 20022, BAI2, MT940, and CAMT.
- Proven experience integrating treasury systems with ERP, accounting, data warehouse, and identity management platforms.
- Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, coordinating testing, training users, and supporting go-live activities with treasury, finance, and IT stakeholders.
