ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS System Administration
- Manage and administer the company’s One Stream consolidation platform, ensuring optimal system performance, data accuracy, and access control.
- Work with 3rd party administrators as needed on technical enhancements
- Design, build, and maintain One Stream reports to deliver actionable insights for finance and cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs and key financial metrics
- Work with teams across departments to align analytics solutions with key business goals and operational strategies
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance recurring in conjunction with accounting, treasury and finance
- Analyze monthly results vs. expectation; explain variances
- Participate in business support (forecasting, accounting support)
- Support month-end close activities
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth financial operations and business continuity
- Advanced skills in administering One Stream
- High proficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with dashboarding tools
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting
- One Stream certifications (OCP/OCA/OCS) a plus
