Plan Administration & Operations
• Administer daily plan operations, including enrollment, deferral rate updates, processing participant transactions, such as hardship withdrawals, rollovers, and distribution requests
• Review and approve participant loan requests, ensuring compliance with plan rules and loan limits
• Participate in Fiduciary Committee meetings Compliance & Fiduciary Oversight
• Manage annual non-discrimination testing (e.g., ADP, ACP, and Top-Heavy tests), including any corrective measures
• Oversee the preparation and timely filing of annual government reports, including IRS Form 5500
• Partnership with external auditors and financial advisors for required independent plan audits
• Update plan document to reflect any regulatory changes or company policy adjustments
