Focus One Mortgage Servicing seeks a Default Manager to lead the default servicing lifecycle across collections, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure for Focus One’s own portfolio and subservicing clients, reporting to the VP of Mortgage Servicing.
The role ensures compliance with CFPB, investor and GSE guidelines, and protects borrower rights while managing the default team, bankruptcy/attorney networks, and loss-recovery efforts in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
