NEXA Lending is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to support high-volume residential lending in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. You'll help manage the loan pipeline from application through closing by gathering borrower documentation, preparing files, inputting data into LOS systems, and coordinating with processors, underwriters, and third parties. You'll provide timely client communication, maintain compliant digital files, and assist with basic marketing and follow-up.

This role fits detail-oriented self-starters who enjoy autonomy, technology, and growth in a dynamic mortgage brokerage.
