Associate - Megafund PE - Infrastructure

Madison Hunt is partnering with a leading global infrastructure investment manager to hire an Investment Associate for its Houston office.

The firm is one of the world's most active infrastructure investors, managing significant capital across multiple flagship strategies and investing in large-scale infrastructure businesses throughout North America and internationally. With substantial dry powder, an active transaction pipeline, the team continues to deploy capital across a diverse range of sectors.

As a generalist, you'll gain exposure across a broad infrastructure landscape, including:

• Midstream & Energy Infrastructure
• Digital Infrastructure
• Transportation & Logistics
• Power & Utilities

The Associate will work as part of a lean, highly collaborative investment team and gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including:

• Evaluating new investment opportunities
• Financial modeling and valuation
• Commercial and operational due diligence
• Investment committee materials
• Transaction execution
• Portfolio company value creation initiatives

• 2–4 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience
• Strong modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
• Prior infrastructure, energy, industrials, power, utilities, transportation, digital infrastructure, or related experience preferred
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure investing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
