Finance And Lending Associate
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Lending Associate with at least 2 years of finance and/or lending experience to join our law firm group in Houston. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in the following areas:
Representing lenders on various types of commercial real estate projects, including financing for acquisition, development, and construction of multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and lot development.
Qualifications:
- Finance and/or secured transactions.
