Troutman Pepper Locke in Houston seeks a Finance Associate to join our Finance & Banking Practice. You will work on sophisticated deals, draft and negotiate credit agreements, and coordinate with clients and counter parties through origination to closing.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in transactional finance, with experience in leveraged, fund, or commercial lending, strong analytical and drafting skills, and excellent client service. Texas bar license or eligibility is required.
