Skills:

Strong computer skills including Excel Spreadsheets

Experience with JD Edwards and On Screen Take Off is a plus Analytical, detail-minded, team oriented and a good communicator (internal and external customers) Ability to read bid sets, architectural plans as well as construct cost estimates preferred A visual learner with strong organizational skills and autonomous mindset Permitting experience and experience working with a Builder Self-motivated to be able to multi-task and meet deadlines A problem solver who can take ownership of projects Requirements:
High School Diploma is required;
Bachelors Degree or equivalent homebuilding experience is preferred Experience working in a construction related capacity a real plus Experience conducting bid analysis a plus Premier Benefits to Support YOU:
