We are seeking a seasoned Wealth Advisor with a proven ability to develop and manage high-net-worth client relationships. This role requires a demonstrated ability to attract new clients through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will have a strong reputation in the market, deep COI relationships, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Proactively identify and cultivate new high-net-worth client relationships through personal networks, referrals, and professional partnerships.
- Strengthen relationships with attorneys, CPAs, private equity professionals, and other centers of influence (COIs) to generate a consistent pipeline of new clients.
- Lead business development initiatives, including speaking engagements, client events, and firm-sponsored marketing efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering sophisticated wealth management solutions, including estate planning, tax-efficient strategies, and investment management.
- Oversee the implementation of customized financial plans and ensure exceptional client service.
- Actively monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments to provide proactive advice.
- Mentor junior advisors and support firm-wide initiatives to strengthen the team's expertise and effectiveness.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including firm leadership discussions and operational improvements.
- Represent the firm as a thought leader at industry conferences, client engagements, and networking events.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPWA, CFA, CFP, or similar designation preferred, or a willingness to pursue.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment management, or a related field.
- Established book of business with a proven track record of successfully developing and retaining high-net-worth clients.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new client relationships through referrals and professional partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- FINRA Series 65, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to firm growth and long-term equity participation.
