Build and maintain detailed financial models, perform company valuations, and coordinate due diligence processes on live transactio - ns.
Prepare high-quality client materials, including pitch books, investment memoranda, management presentations, and other marketing documen - ts.
Manage transaction work streams while acting as a key liaison between clients, counter parties, and internal tea - ms.
Mentor and develop junior analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytical wo - rk.
Contribute to business development initiatives and support senior team members in cultivating client relations hi
- file Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Investment Banking (M&A or A&D), Corporate Finance, or Reservoir Engineer

Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or other advanced qualification from a leading institution is advantage - ous.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution experie - nce.
Demonstrated knowledge of and interest in the energy sec - tor.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation ski - lls.
