    Build and maintain detailed financial models, perform company valuations, and coordinate due diligence processes on live transactio

    Manage transaction work streams while acting as a key liaison between clients, counter parties, and internal tea

Candidate Profile
  • file Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Investment Banking (M&A or A&D), Corporate Finance, or Reservoir Engineer
  • ing.

    Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or other advanced qualification from a leading institution is advantage
  • ous.

    Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution experie
  • nce.

    Demonstrated knowledge of and interest in the energy sec
  • tor.

    Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation ski
