As the Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial aspects of our company, from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning. You will also play a crucial role in fostering a culture of happiness and well-being within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial health of the company
Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and department heads
Create and monitor financial KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors
Manage relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
At least 8 years of experience in a senior finance position, with a proven track record of success
Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions
Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
