Director of Finance And Administration

A well-established and growing company in Houston, TX is looking for an experienced Director of Finance and Administration to lead its financial operations and support the organization's continued growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on finance professional who enjoys partnering with leadership, improving business performance, and helping drive key financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management processes.
• Develop financial models and provide analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Partner with department leaders to strengthen financial accountability and support informed decision-making.
• Manage banking relationships, insurance programs, and key vendor partnerships.
• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and collaborate with external accounting partners to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Experience with Quick Books is required;
  Aspire experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, field services, or another operations-focused industry is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
