Capital Markets Executive + Fundraiser

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fundraiser to join our dynamic team  this critical role, you will be responsible for advising clients, managing investor relationships, and driving successful equity transactions across both early-stage and growth-stage companies. Working closely with senior leadership, private equity firms, family offices, venture capitalists, and other stakeholders, you will structure and close high-impact deals that align with Payclass's strategy of connecting innovative companies with capital across various stages of their development.

• Advise clients on capital raise strategies, including equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, and other strategic transactions for both early-stage and growth-stage companies within the Payclass exchange framework.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key investors, clients, and external stakeholders across multiple asset classes.
• Source and close multi-million dollar capital raises.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equity fund raising from diverse investor sources.
• Experience in building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
