Position Title: Treasury & FP&A Analyst

Salary Range: $60,000–$75,000 / Year, DOE

This is an opportunity to build serious financial depth across both treasury and FP&A within a growing industrial services organization. The Treasury & FP&A Analyst will work across cash management, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and business analysis while gaining direct exposure to the financial decisions that drive the company forward. The ideal candidate is an analytical, growth-minded finance professional who has early-career experience with cash management and accounts receivable and wants a role where they can sharpen their technical skills while taking on increasingly complex work.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily cash position reports, monitor cash activity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations
  • Support short-term cash forecasting and 13-week cash flow projections while analyzing trends, variances, and working capital drivers
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reporting, and financial modeling
  • Analyze operating results and investigate budget-to-actual variances to identify meaningful trends and insights
  • Prepare financial analyses, KPI dashboards, management presentations and executive reporting packages
  • Partner with accounting, finance and operational leaders to gather financial information and support business planning
  • Contribute to month-end close, audit requests, process improvements and strategic or operational analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant finance, accounting, treasury or FP&A experience, including qualifying paid internship experience
  • Hands-on experience with accounts receivable and cash management
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to turn financial data into useful insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience using data analysis and financial modeling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, reliable financial information
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plus
