Junior Finance Associate

Overview

• The firm's Finance team advises a broad range of market participants including corporate borrowers, issuers, private equity funds, investment banks, commercial banks, private credit lenders, and other financial institutions on sophisticated financing transactions.
• Associates handle complex domestic and cross-border matters, specifically acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, reserve-based lending facilities, bridge loans, asset-based financings, secured and unsecured term lending, working capital facilities, and other debt financing arrangements.
• The team also advises issuers, underwriters, and institutional purchasers on secured and unsecured high‑yield debt offerings.
• The role offers hands‑on experience with a diverse mix of both lender- and borrower-side representations.
• Work involves high‑profile transactions across various industries such as energy, infrastructure, private equity, and financial services.
• Required experience includes specific transaction types: syndicated lending, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, reserve-based lending, or other secured lending transactions.
