Vice President, Client Operations – CLO Reporting

As part of BNY’s Corporate Trust business (Structured Debt Platform), the CLO Reporting Analyst Team delivers timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on Collateralized Loan Obligations for internal stakeholders and external investors. You will partner with Analytics, Operations, Client Service, and other stakeholders. This role supports BNY’s strategic pillars – Be More for our Clients, Run our Company Better, and Power our Culture – by ensuring transparent communication, operational excellence, and a collaborative mindset.

• Own and run portfolio compliance and waterfall models, delivering quality first drafts to the Client Service Manager.
• Collaborate with clients to agree on test results, including discussions on inputs and parameters.
• Resolve basic modeling issues during the reporting cycle and coordinate with Analytics for significant model changes.
• Engage Position Services to resolve exceptional data issues identified during the reporting cycle.
• Serve as liaison between Position Servicing and the Client Service Manager to ensure smooth communication and task coordination.
• Incorporate client and auditor feedback on test results into reporting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• 7‑12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred.
• Experience in CLO, structured finance, or fixed‑income reporting preferred.
• Prior experience in analytical roles such as financial modeling, valuation models, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in VBA/SQL is valuable.
• No direct reports; provides guidance to junior analysts and is primarily responsible for the accuracy and quality of own work and the work of assigned project team members.
