Harmer has been engaged by our client to identify a Senior Finance Manager
. This is a key finance leadership role supporting a $1B+ business within a publicly traded manufacturing organization. The position partners closely with executive and operational leadership across multiple manufacturing sites to drive financial performance, strategic planning, and operational decision-making while leading a high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes
- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to executive and operational leadership
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis, KPI reporting, and business insights that drive operational performance
- Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial leaders to improve profitability and support strategic initiatives
- Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and capital investment analysis
- Develop executive reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership
- Drive improvements in forecasting, reporting, financial processes, and business analytics
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Support internal controls, financial governance, and enterprise-wide finance initiatives
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing finance teams
- Experience supporting large, complex, multi-site manufacturing operations
- Strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive business partnering
- Experience working within a publicly traded or similarly complex organization preferred
