Financial Specialist

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing, and financial statement preparation for U.S. subsidiaries in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Participate in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with U.S. banks, tax agents, and external auditors on cash management, tax filings, and annual audit support.
• Track and assist with applications for U.S. clean energy incentives, including documentation and rebate follow-ups.
• Review financial terms in procurement, sales, and service contracts for U.S. operations, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks.
• Support headquarters with financial data consolidation, internal/external audit requests, and ad-hoc financial analysis reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. U.S. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years of relevant finance experience in the U.S. manufacturing sector; backgrounds in chemical, new energy, or semiconductor materials industries are preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with both U.S. and China-based teams.
