What you’ll doAs a Corporate Trust Administration Analyst, you’ll be responsible for actively monitoring and maintaining corporate trust assets that are the collateral in a CLO or Leverage Finance Facility with a high level of independence. You will be responsible training and developing junior team members and process transactions with a higher level of complexity. You will maintain our asset database, working with counter parties on discrepancies, processing transactions, and ensuring our database is accurate.
- Read and interpret agent bank loan notices to process activity and ensure loan characteristics are accurate.
- Read and interpret Credit Agreements to update loan characteristics.
- Research global data discrepancies and provide documentation.
- Responsible for various reconciliations: trades, asset characteristics, internal accounts.
- Participate with technology support teams with systematic process flows and initiatives to improve flows and efficiencies.
- Responsible for supporting Client Service team in the delivery of accurate asset data for our CLO's and Leverage Finance Facilities in the Corporate Trust Business
- Training and developing junior team members
- Raising issues that may expose risk to the organization.
- Reviewing procedures to ensure they effectively manage the risks to the organization and drive changes when necessary to mitigate risks.
- And other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of related experience, preferably including experience with syndicated loans/financial assets/paying agency.
- Solvas experience preferred.
