Position: Senior Vice President

A leading global investment manager focused exclusively on the energy and infrastructure sectors is seeking a Senior Vice President to join its investment team. The firm has a long-standing track record of investing across the energy value chain and manages a substantial portfolio of infrastructure and energy-related investments globally.

The successful candidate will join a highly experienced investment platform and play a senior role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments across the firm's core strategies.

The Senior Vice President will be responsible for leading and supporting investment opportunities from origination through execution and portfolio management. This is a senior-level investment role with significant exposure to senior leadership, management teams, financial sponsors, and other transaction counter parties.

• Lead the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities across energy and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, financial sponsors, management teams, advisors, and industry participants.
• Conduct detailed financial, commercial, and strategic analysis of prospective investments.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investment underwriting.
• Prepare investment committee materials and present investment recommendations to senior leadership.
• Participate in negotiations of transaction structures, financing arrangements, and definitive agreements.
• Monitor existing portfolio investments and support value creation initiatives.
• Identify emerging trends and investment opportunities across the energy and infrastructure landscape.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the investment team.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in private credit/debt
• Demonstrated experience executing investments within energy infrastructure, midstream infrastructure, LNG, and/or power
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution capabilities.
• Experience taking ownership of transactions and managing processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex investment theses clearly to senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial judgment and an ability to assess both financial and strategic considerations.
• A highly developed network across the energy and infrastructure investment ecosystem.
• Undergraduate degree from a leading university; MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
