Serve as a client-facing resource throughout the transaction lifecycle, providing updates, managing expectations, resolving issues, and delivering a strong onboarding experience for some of the bank’s largest investment and fund-management clients.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner closely with legal counsel, operations, sales, relationship management, and other internal stakeholders to move transactions efficiently from a newly won opportunity through successful implementation.
  • Pipeline Management:
Manage a high-volume pipeline of approximately 20–30 transactions, with individual transactions typically taking anywhere from a couple of weeks to approximately one month to complete.
  • Issue Resolution:
Identify potential documentation, onboarding, or operational roadblocks and coordinate appropriate internal resources to resolve issues while maintaining client relationships and transaction timelines.
