At Williams, we’re powering a cleaner, more connected future, and that starts with you. Here, your work fuels communities, drives innovation, and helps deliver reliable energy the world depends on. Join a Fortune 500 team that invests in your growth, values your contributions, and challenges you to make a lasting impact every day.

The Credit Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operations and continuous improvement of the credit function, including counter party onboarding, credit administration, contract review, customer inquiries, reporting, and monitoring credit exposures. In this role, you will leverage financial analysis, reporting, and credit risk management to support commercial decision-making across Williams' growing wholesale trading and marketing business. You will evaluate counter party financial strength, analyze credit exposure, assess complex deal structures, support risk mitigation strategies, and collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Accounting, Risk, and Structuring teams to balance business opportunities with sound risk management.

This position focuses on counter party credit risk assessment, exposure management, and commercial transaction support rather than traditional accounts receivable collections activities. Success in this position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, sound business judgment, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position may be filled at the Credit Analyst II or Credit Analyst III level, with placement determined based on the selected candidate's experience, demonstrated capabilities, and depth of credit risk and commercial transaction expertise.
