Chief Financial Officer

This executive leadership position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and partnering directly with executive leadership to support continued growth and long-term business objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic finance leader who enjoys balancing executive-level planning with hands-on oversight of accounting operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, payroll, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations that support business growth and profitability.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Direct cash management, banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and investment strategies.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance through detailed variance analysis and forecasting.
• Manage external audit and tax compliance processes while maintaining strong relationships with auditors and advisors.
• Develop and enhance accounting policies, financial controls, and operational processes to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Drive the optimization and utilization of financial systems and technology to improve reporting capabilities and decision-making.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing accounting and finance teams.
• Strong expertise in:
• GAAP accounting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Internal controls
• Treasury and cash management
• Tax compliance
• Financial planning and analysis
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic business decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience delivering financial insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise financial systems.
