This executive leadership position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and partnering directly with executive leadership to support continued growth and long-term business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic finance leader who enjoys balancing executive-level planning with hands-on oversight of accounting operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, payroll, tax compliance, and internal controls.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations that support business growth and profitability.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Direct cash management, banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and investment strategies.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance through detailed variance analysis and forecasting.
- Manage external audit and tax compliance processes while maintaining strong relationships with auditors and advisors.
- Develop and enhance accounting policies, financial controls, and operational processes to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Drive the optimization and utilization of financial systems and technology to improve reporting capabilities and decision-making.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing accounting and finance teams.
- Strong expertise in:
- GAAP accounting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Internal controls
- Treasury and cash management
- Tax compliance
- Financial planning and analysis
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience delivering financial insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise financial systems.
