VP​/Director of Finance

Description

Join a forward-thinking organization and lead the transformation of the Finance function into a digital, data-driven organization. This high-impact role will partner closely with the CFO, Finance Leadership, CIO, CDAO, and HR to drive enterprise-wide finance modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute the Finance Transformation roadmap across Accounting, FP& A, Treasury, Shared Services, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing.

+ Lead business process redesign, automation, AI enablement, and digital finance initiatives.

+ Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities, building ROI-driven business cases and measurable value creation.

+ Drive adoption of data analytics, AI, automation, reporting, and self-service technologies across Finance.

+ Partner with Finance and Technology leaders to define future-state processes, systems, governance, and reporting strategies.

+ Establish Finance transformation KPIs, scorecards, and executive-level reporting.

+ Champion a citizen developer/citizen coder culture, empowering Finance teams to leverage technology independently.

+ Design and implement Finance talent strategies, training programs, and organizational readiness plans for a digitally enabled future.

+ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Finance Transformation team.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.

+ MBA or other advanced degree required.

+ 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Consulting, Enterprise Transformation, or related areas.

+ 4+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives.

+ Demonstrated success delivering measurable business outcomes through process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.

+ Strong understanding of Finance functions including FP& A, Accounting, Treasury, Payroll, Shared Services, and Procurement.

+ Experience working with ERP, CPM, analytics, BI, automation, and AI platforms.

+ Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Credentials

+ CPA, CFA, and/or CMA

+

Experience with D365, One Stream, Databricks, Power BI, AI, automation, and analytics platforms
