JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client, a growing private equity-backed industrial manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on CFO to partner closely with the CEO and help scale the business from a successful single-site operation into a multi-site platform. This leader will strengthen the finance function, drive operational performance and build the systems and processes needed to support continued organic and acquisition-driven growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a complex manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of plant-level economics, inventory, working capital, margins and acquisition integration.
