Regional Credit Officer – Middle Market

• Partner with portfolio managers and/or regional credit administrators in credit approval, administration, and review activities for a business line or geographic region

• Establish, implement, and manage administrative and review systems and procedures to protect the quality and profitability of the loan portfolio

• Manage credit structuring and negotiation strategy discussions with officers/business units

• Analyze and approve or disapprove credit requests exceeding line/regional approval limits

• Identify potential problem credits and work with loan workout specialists to restructure credits and/or minimize risk of loss

• Advise staff, officers, and/or business units on the company's overall lending policies

• Perform other duties as assigned

• 10+ years of related experience
