The Manager, Structured Financeis responsible for quarterbacking the execution of capital raises, including project finance debt, project equity, tax equity, and hybrid corporate / project capital funding structures.

Fervo is building the most cost-effective, repeatable geothermal power plants in the world. Achieving this at scale requires disciplined capital execution and innovative financing structures across a growing portfolio of projects. Fervo's success depends on deploying capital efficiently, managing risk across development and construction, and aligning investment decisions with long-term value creation.

We are seeking a Manager, Structured Finance to serve as an execution lead across Fervo's capital raises. This role will work closely with Finance, Development, Engineering, and Legal to drive diligence, manage transaction work streams, and keep financings on track from term sheet to financial close – in support of long-term portfolio value creation. You will join a team that has successfully raised nearly $4bn of capital to date, including Fervo's first non-recourse project financing.

The role will drive diligence, manage transaction work streams and documentation, and keep financings on schedule from structuring through financial close while maintaining high standards of technical rigor, commercial outcomes, and execution quality.

Reporting to the Director, Structured Finance, this role will lead a team of Associates and Analysts and serve as the day-to-day execution lead on one or more concurrent transactions, managing diligence, documentation, and closing mechanics directly with lenders, investors, and advisors. This is a hands-on execution role for a highly organized, detail-oriented finance professional with a proven ability to manage complex infrastructure financings end-to-end and maintain momentum across negotiations, documentation, and closing timelines.

• Quarterback Deal Execution:Serve as the day-to-day execution lead on capital raises, including project finance debt, project equity, tax equity, and hybrid corporate / project structures. Drive transaction timelines and keep financings moving from term sheet through financial close.
• Diligence & Data Room Management:Own the diligence process for active transactions, including organizing and maintaining data rooms, responding to lender and investor information requests, and coordinating diligence work streams across internal teams and advisors.
• Structuring & Negotiation Support:Support capital stack design and transaction structuring, balancing project economics, tax efficiency, risk allocation, and bankability. Serve as a day-to-day point of contact in negotiations and manage transaction-level communication with lenders, equity investors, tax equity providers, and strategic partners.
• Documentation & Transaction Materials:Coordinate the drafting, review, and negotiation of transaction documents alongside Legal and external counsel, tracking open issues to resolution. Prepare investment materials, decision memos, and transaction status updates that clearly summarize structure, economics, and execution status for senior leadership.
