**** Vice President - Loans / Client Processing
** The Vice President, Client Processing is overseeing the execution and processing of complex loan transactions while driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction. This role serves as a subject matter expert across loan operations and transaction processing, partnering with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support platform objectives.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead the processing and execution of complex syndicated and commercial loan transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in loan operations and transaction processing, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
* Partner cross-functionally to identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and reduce operational risk.
* Monitor processing metrics, client feedback, and operational trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Resolve complex transaction issues while maintaining a high level of client service.
* Leverage technology and industry best practices to enhance platform performance and scalability.
* Support organizational objectives through collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5-12 years of experience in loan operations, transaction processing, or related financial services functions.
* Experience with syndicated loans, loan servicing, and loan operations preferred.
* Knowledge of loan platforms such as Loan IQ, AFS, AIM, Clear Par, and LSTA market conventions preferred.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to improve processes, manage competing priorities, and drive operational efficiency.
* Leadership or team management experience preferred
