Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced individual with a strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the CLO Compliance Analysis team, you will work closely with our product groups, performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business. Services include but not limited to data collection, reconciliation, client driven reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Model compliance tests as defined in legal documents onto in-house systems.

• Interpret legal documents including indentures and credit agreements.

• Create waterfall calculations as well as borrowing base calculations according to legal documents.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data and modeling differences.

• Create innovative solutions based upon understanding of clients’ needs, market conditions, and/or technical expertise.

• Lead client-specific projects to ensure timely and quality delivery of models.

• Train and share knowledge with junior analysts.

• Create training and procedural documents.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial modeling, CLO compliance, or related analytical roles.

• Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents in order to create calculations for financial models.

• Advanced knowledge of CLO compliance calculations and financial modeling.

• Experienced with CDO/CLO waterfall calculations and/or borrowing base calculations.

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
