Job DescriptionExperience: Mid Level
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year
- Execute physical and financial power trades across regional ISO/RTO markets
- Develop and manage trading strategies to capture value across day-ahead, real-time, and forward power markets
- Monitor market fundamentals (weather, load, generation, transmission constraints) to inform trading decisions
- Manage position risk and P&L within defined risk limits and mandates
- Collaborate with scheduling, risk management, and origination teams on deal structuring and execution
- Maintain and build relationships with counter parties, ISOs, and market participants
- Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, confirmation, and settlement processes
- Stay current on regulatory developments (FERC, NERC, ISO tariffs) affecting power markets
