Financial Analyst

Our client, a fast-growing fiber internet provider expanding across Texas, is hiring a Financial Analyst to support its Financial Operations team. This is a mid-level role for someone who can operate with growing independence across accounting, FP&A, forecasting, and reporting inside a high-growth, private equity-backed company.

• Support month-end close: journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Assist with AP, AR, and treasury functions, and support audits and PE sponsor reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects.
• Partner with Operations and Construction teams to analyze build-cost and unit economics.
• Compile rolling forecasts and communicate variance drivers to leadership.
• Publish monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and dashboards (Net Suite and other tools).
• Identify and help implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics.
• 3+ years of accounting or FP&A experience (relevant experience/education may substitute year-for-year).
• Working knowledge of GAAP; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage work streams independently and elevate complex issues appropriately.
• CPA/CFA, or telecom/ISP/fiber industry experience, a plus.
