Private Equity Associate

We are currently representing a leading lower-middle-market private equity firm in its search for an Associate to join its investment team in Houston.

The firm invests in high-quality lower-middle-market businesses, with a primary focus on Industrials and Business Services
.

• Evaluate new investment opportunities and support the execution of acquisitions
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and investment underwriting
• Build and maintain detailed financial models
• Support due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors
• Prepare investment committee materials and transaction presentations
• Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment lifecycle

• 2–3 years of Investment Banking experience
• Experience at a leading investment bank with strong M&A and financial modeling exposure
• Sector-agnostic investment banking backgrounds will be considered
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in private equity
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-performance environment
