Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, analytically strong early-career professional to join USCW’s investment team as a junior member with a clear path to grow into a senior role over time. The Investment Associate will support the firm’s investment research, portfolio management, and due diligence functions, working directly with the Senior Managing Director and members of his team across asset classes. This is a client-facing role: the Investment Associate will interact directly with clients from the outset and, over time, will assume direct responsibility for servicing client relationships as well as sourcing and developing new client relationships, in each case with the advice and assistance of the Senior Managing Director.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate holding a Master of Finance degree or an MBA, or a professional with one to three years of experience in the wealth management industry. This individual should have a rigorous quantitative foundation, genuine intellectual curiosity about markets, strong interpersonal skills, and the ambition to develop into a senior investment professional through demonstrated performance, initiative, and continuous learning.
