Seeking a banking professional with 3-5 years of experience delivering exceptional client service and supporting a wide range of banking products and services.
Responsibilities:- Manage client account servicing, including account opening/maintenance, wires, fund transfers, and account documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Identify client needs and support cross-selling opportunities across banking products and services.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management standards.
- Maintain accurate records, resolve client issues, and support audits and reporting activities.
- Partner with relationship managers and internal teams to provide high-quality client support.
- 3-5 years of banking, wealth management, or financial services experience.
- Knowledge of banking products, operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
