Finance Manager - Non Profit
Salary: $84,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare billing, grant, and financial reports for federal, state, local, and other funding sources.
- Monitor program expenditures, commitments, revenues, and budgets to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
- Perform forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making.
- Oversee Accounts Payable operations and approve direct service payments within established authority levels.
- Support external audits, monitoring reviews, and the development of financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Progressive accounting experience, preferably within a nonprofit, grant-funded, or government-funded environment.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation experience.
- Knowledge of fund accounting, grant compliance, and financial reporting requirements
