The City of Houston's 9-1-1 Emergency Network is seeking qualified applicants for the role of 9-1-1 Telecommunicator. You will answer emergency calls, determine the type of incident, and coordinate appropriate responses to citizens in crisis.
Work is full-time with rotating shifts. Candidates should be prepared for high-stakes communication, rapid decision-making, and collaboration with public safety partners. Training is provided.
