duties

serves as a junior analyst at the imcom headquarters level performing a variety of analytical duties for one or more program areas.

assists supervisor or senior program analyst in the administration of processes and analytical support associated with assigned program areas. Determines data required for analysis and devises appropriate methods for securing required information from sources such as reports, surveys, on-site investigations, discussions with officials, statutes, policies, plans, schedules, etc.

analyzes issues, selects and applies accepted analytical techniques. Develops initial conclusions and recommendations for problems analyzed for submission to senior analyst or supervisor.

may oversee operating procedures for a variety of administrative and/or program support functions.

knowledge of assigned programs, the roles they play in supporting total army programs, and their contribution to army mwr.

knowledge of the basic principles, concepts, and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques.

working knowledge of programming army construction requirements on (either) the apf and naf side, with emphasis on naf construction requirements (naf major construction and cpmc minor construction)

experience and working knowledge utilizing the microsoft suite of programs (sharepoint), (powerapps), and (power bi) experience in construction cost estimate analyses and escalation working knowledge of acquisition strategies such as design-build (db), design-bid-build (dbb), title ii services, and ae contract services
